Recent stats show that quiet quitters account for (very likely) more than half of the US workforce. However, many argue that it’s not such a bad thing, and quiet quitting is really just anti-hustle culture, or potentially run-off from the past few years of remote working. Or maybe quiet quitting is the healthy practice of reprioritizing career, weighing tactically against things like family, self-care, creative passions, mental health, etc.
